Join the Public Works Department and Environmental Committee on Thursday, April 21 to come talk about “all things green” in person during Earth Week at the Farmer’s Market.  The community is welcomed! 

The Environmental Committee and partners from EDCO want to help our residents learn how to easily implement the new organic waste ordinance, using the green bin to compost all food and yard waste together. Eco-minded students from ESHS will also be at the booth to talk about their upcoming South Bay Youth Climate Summit, and even our youngest visitors can have fun with coloring, play sorting to practice “what goes where” in our three-bin system, and other fun Earth Week themed activities.
