DESCRIPTION:Our fourth concert will be Upstream, a&nbsp;lively Caribbean/Reggae band. The concert starts at 4:30pm in Library Park with food trucks lining up at 4:00pm.&nbsp; Bring an appetite and get ready to get your groove on!<br><br>Kids crafts, games, and giveaways will be available in the Gazebo starting at 4:00pm. Blankets can be placed in the Park after 1:00pm. Chairs are allowed but no glass containers or plastic tarps please. Dogs are welcomed but must be on a leash.<br><br>All ages are welcome to come and enjoy afternoons of great entertainment!
