Depending on the volume of communications, the emails will be read to Council during public communications and are subject to disclosure under the Public Records Act.</p><p>Members of the Public may also provide comments in the designated area in Council Chamber Lobby up to and during public communication portion of the meeting. &nbsp;Members of the public must observe “social distancing” requirements at all times, <i>i.e.</i>, remain six (6) feet from other attendees during the entirety of the event or gathering.</p>
