On Tuesday, September 19th, City Council will hold a study session on the Draft Downtown Specific Plan. At the study session, City staff will present the draft Downtown Specific Plan to the public, take public comments and direction from City Council to incorporate in a final draft of the Specific Plan. Comments or questions about the Draft Downtown Specific Plan can be submitted to Principal Planner, Paul Samaras at psamaras@elsegundo.org.
