The public may view the June 3rd City Council meeting on Spectrum Channel 3 or 22, AT&T U-Verse Channel 99 and/or YouTube (El Segundo TV).

For those wishing to make public comments at Tuesday night’s Council meeting, comments should be emailed to PUBLICCOMMUNICATIONS@elsegundo.org,  with a limit of 150 words, at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.  However, if for any reason you are unable to email your comments, a laptop will be set up in the Council Chamber for public communication. One person at a time may enter the Chamber to give a comment and will be subject to our current rules for public communication.

***For Public Hearings only*** written communication will be accepted both before the meeting and during the open period of the Public Hearing at PUBLICCOMMUNICATIONS@elsegundo.org.

For those who send in an email, the City Clerk will read the comments aloud and will be written into the record. All email comments will be subject to the same rules as would otherwise govern speaker comments at the Council meeting. The email comments submitted will become part of the record and subject to the Public Records Act.
